Warranty Information
The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. It applies solely to the original owner and cannot be transferred.
Coverage
This warranty covers defects in the pump motor only. Please note that moisture damage to the motor unit is not covered. Ensure all components are completely dry before assembling and operating your pump.
In the event that a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the warranty period, please contact us at info@lechemum.co.za.
Shipping Instructions
If your product is faulty, it must be shipped to the address provided. Please be aware that:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Leche Mum is not liable for lost packages.
- Shipping times for replacement products may vary depending on your location.
Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with repair or replacement (subject to availability and feasibility).
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling.
- Damage from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
- Moisture or milk entering the motor unit.
- Insufficient care or maintenance of the product.
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations.
- Situations where the product, though accurately described and fit for its intended purpose, does not meet personal preferences.
