Leche Mum was founded in 2023, and my husband Barry and I took over in July 2024. As a working mom of two young children, I struggled to balance my demanding retail job with my family life. Seeking flexibility and a better work-life balance, I was inspired to acquire an online business that would allow me to be more present for my loved ones. Leche Mum has allowed me to prioritise my family and friends while pursuing my professional goals.

The name "Leche Mum" beautifully captures the essence of our brand. "Leche," the Spanish word for milk, symbolises the nourishment and care mothers provide their babies. "Mum" is a term of endearment for mothers, representing love, warmth, and dedication. As a mother, I wanted to create a brand honouring the beauty of breastfeeding and the special bond between mothers and their little ones. Inspired by my own experiences and those of countless mothers worldwide, Leche Mum celebrates mothers' resilience, strength, and selflessness everywhere.
